HostX generates a public link with your properties' calendar. With it, guests can see available days, select a period, view an estimated price, and request a booking — without having to message you on WhatsApp.

1. Set up your profile

Before sharing, go to Profile in the side menu and fill in:

• Business Name — shown as the title on the public page (e.g. "Ana's Beach Houses")
• Phone / WhatsApp — available for guests to contact you
• Instagram — displayed on the public page as @your.profile
• Custom link — defines the public URL in the format hostx.app/your.profile

Click Save to confirm.

2. Copy the link and share it

After saving, your public link is available as hostx.app/your-custom-link. Send this link whenever someone asks about availability.

What the guest sees

When opening the link, the guest finds:

• The calendar showing free and occupied days for each property
• A property selector (if you have more than one)
• The ability to click a check-in day and then a check-out day to see the estimated price for the stay
• A form with name and phone number to request the booking

The request appears in your dashboard as pending, in the Requests tab. You confirm or decline it directly from there.

Does the link change?

The link follows the Custom link you set in your profile. If you change that field and save, the previous link stops working. Keep it the same to avoid breaking links you've already shared.
