How to set up seasonal pricing
Define nightly rates by season and specific dates, and let your guests see prices before requesting a booking.
Setting up your pricing is what allows guests to see rates before requesting a booking.
It takes less than 2 minutes.
1. Go to Rates & Season
Click the user icon in the top right corner, then go to Rates & Season.
2. Define your peak season months
In the Peak season months section, select the months with the highest demand (e.g. December, January, July).
All other months will automatically be considered off-peak.
3. Set the minimum stay (optional)
In the Minimum nights section, choose which days of the week you don't accept single-night bookings.
For example, blocking Friday, Saturday, and Sunday prevents losing weekends to short stays.
4. Set nightly rates by day of the week
In the Nightly rate by day of the week section, fill in:
- Off-peak — the rate outside of peak season
- Peak — the rate during peak season months
Then click Save.
5. Adjust prices for specific dates (optional)
On holidays, carnival, New Year's Eve, and other events, demand rises — and your nightly rate can follow. With Day Preferences, you can set a different rate (or a longer minimum stay) for individual dates, without changing your season table.
On the main dashboard:
- Right-click (or tap and hold on mobile) on a date
- Select Day Preferences
- Set the rate and/or minimum stay for that day
This setting has the highest priority: it overrides any season rate active on that day.
All set
Your guests can now see availability and pricing before requesting a booking.
How booking values are calculated
The system automatically calculates the booking value in this order:
- Day preference (specific date override)
- Season rate (peak or off-peak + day of the week)
If no rate is configured, the booking price cannot be calculated.
